A print design system for AMBIVALENT, a label for electronic music and visual arts. The work channels 90s rave culture, urban aesthetics, and the DIY spirit of underground flyers and zines.
Ambivalent is a label uniting auditory and visual experiences into a cohesive, experimental creative identity. The project required creating print media inspired by 90s rave aesthetics and DIY print culture, challenging traditional frameworks and spark new dialogues in contemporary culture. The visual identity of the produced prints relies on experimental minimalism, high-contrast photography, and raw print artifacts.
The finished print series translates AMBIVALENT's identity into physical street media. Field photos show how the posters especially unfold their character when placed against weathered concrete, tilework, and graffiti.
